You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update your details should any information change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. nex228 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password and that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
You agree to notify nex228 immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorized access to or use of your account. nex228 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
Each member is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. If nex228 detects that a member holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — nex228 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any balances as an administrative remedy, and permanently bar the individual from re-registering.
nex228 is required by its international gaming license and its internal anti-money laundering (AML) policy to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at any time at nex228's discretion in response to unusual account activity or regulatory requirements.
To complete identity verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

nex228 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment methods available to any individual member may vary based on account verification status and applicable processing limits.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. nex228 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable prior notice communicated via the platform.
Deposits made via local bank transfer during standard Indonesian banking hours are typically credited to a member's account balance within five to fifteen minutes. E-wallet deposits are generally credited within two to five minutes. nex228 is not responsible for delays caused by the member's bank or payment provider.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are sourced from a legitimately held bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your name, is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and of nex228's AML obligations.
nex228 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transfer fees independently of nex228. Members are advised to check with their payment provider before initiating a transfer.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by members who have completed the KYC process. Withdrawal requests made prior to the completion of identity verification will be held in a pending state until KYC is finalized.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier and are communicated within the member's account dashboard. nex228 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion.
nex228 targets processing all approved withdrawal requests within two to four hours during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours, or during Indonesian national public holidays, may be processed on the next available business day. nex228 aims for a same-day withdrawal rate of 98% or above on all verified accounts.
Withdrawals must be sent to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the nex228 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined without exception. This requirement is a core component of nex228's anti-money laundering controls.
If a member's account holds an active bonus balance with an incomplete wagering requirement, the corresponding real-money funds equivalent to the bonus amount may be restricted from withdrawal until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied. The member's account dashboard provides a real-time display of wagering progress.
nex228 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all bonuses awarded by nex228 carry a default wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires a total betting turnover of Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting markets (including mix parlay multi-leg accumulator bets and bandar bola local football wagering) typically contribute 100% of stake value. Slot games generally contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. Togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) markets contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates are displayed in each bonus's individual terms page.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus balances and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus balances that remain incomplete at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
nex228 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets between opposing sides to guarantee a risk-free outcome, systematic low-margin betting designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and coordinated exploitation by groups of members. Any member found to have engaged in bonus fraud will have their account suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and may have their real-money balance withheld pending an investigation.
nex228 reserves the right to exclude any member from specific promotional offers at its discretion, particularly where that member's betting patterns are inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Idul Fitri, Indonesia's Independence Day (17 August), or Ramadhan — are subject to their own specific terms and availability windows.
All games offered on nex228 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, virtual sports, and togel draw games — are operated in accordance with each game provider's published rules and with nex228's internal integrity standards. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by real-world event results, depending on the game type.
nex228 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome is already known to the member, where a pricing error has occurred, or where the bet amount exceeds any applicable stake limit. Members will be notified promptly in any case where a bet is voided.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that results in an erroneous game outcome, nex228 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the members involved. nex228 is not obligated to honor payouts generated as a result of software errors, and members must not knowingly exploit such errors.
nex228 is not liable for losses sustained as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or interruption of the member's connection during gameplay. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in a live casino game, the outcome will be determined according to the relevant game provider's disconnection policy, which is available within each game's help section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on nex228. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond nex228's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, and third-party service outages) may result in temporary platform unavailability. nex228 will not be liable for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nex228 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity, even if nex228 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
nex228's total aggregate liability to any individual member in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nex228, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
nex228 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member's account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other members. Upon termination for breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at nex228's discretion.
Members who wish to close their nex228 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, provided that the account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Upon account termination for any reason, the member's license to use the platform is immediately revoked, and the member must cease all use of nex228 services. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 10, 11, and 14 — shall continue to apply after termination.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data submitted by members is governed by nex228's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. nex228 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under nex228's international gaming license jurisdiction. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by that governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through nex228's internal dispute resolution process.
nex228's internal dispute resolution process requires that members submit a written complaint via the official support email before initiating any formal legal proceedings. nex228 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
nex228 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, nex228 will provide reasonable prior notice via a platform notification, email to the registered address, or a prominent notice on the homepage. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2 above.
